The "Columnar Improvement Method" involves injecting cement milk into stable ground, compacting the soil into columnar shapes using machinery, and then constructing a foundation on top of it. Columns made of a cement-based solidifying agent (soil improvement cement) mixed with soil, referred to as columns, are created within the ground.
